DXF files?

so i recently upgraded from 3pro to 4pro, because i needed the .dxf capabilities,but there are a couple of issues i am having, the first to come to my attention, is that all .dxf files do not load to scale, luckily the proportions are accurate but i have to scale up all my files upon import. the secondary and by far largest issue, it will not import any radius! for example, a rectangle dimensioned at 1.33 x 2.75 inches with .60 radius on each corner, with 6 obrounds inside, when i import the .dxf file, i have 16 straight lines, one for each flat line from the .dxf file, where a radius'ed line was is blank.


on another note, how would i go about drawing a radius my self?
