Problems setting Nudge and Arrow Key Increment values

I've just purchased Sure Cuts A Lot Pro 4 and I'm having trouble with setting the Nudge and Arrow Key Increment units. Not being an American I use millimetres for units. When I try to set Nudge, to 1mm for example, it flickers and changes immediately to 0.039mm. Arrow Key Increment behaves the same. If I use the up/down arrows at the side of the box they both only flip between 0.000mm and 0.004mm.

Unfortunately all this effectively renders the arrow keys useless for moving items.

Any clues??
