FONT not 'bolding' but it used to...

I’m attaching a screen shot of an older file I’ve used the font for the last name (I.e. Taylor) is Brock Script. I’ve always used Brock Script for the last name on this customer piece and then selected to ‘bold’ it.
I opened the file because I have a new customer order but now I’m not able to ‘bold’ it (I.e. See example where I’ve typed the last name billiard). This is new since I’ve starting using the Mac and the SCAL4.

Any ideas?
