Shrink wrap for wine glasses

I am making some wine glasses for valentines and I want to shrink wrap them to make them look nicer. Where is the best place to buy something for these. I think the basket ones may be too big. Thanks.

They sell all different sizes too...I see them at Michael's Craft store near the wrapping paper section
