When creating a window decal do you cut the design mirror like you would if you were doing a tee-shirt? Also are there any suggestions on where I can find some iron-on / heat vinyl? or all types of vinyl period?

for window decals you do not have to mirror your image but you do for t shirt viny. I have ordered from UScutter afor a few years and have not had any problems with ordering and the vinyl and other items I have ordered have came very fast. and a flat rate for shipping is just 9.00.

I like hhsignsupply.com, I get regular vinyl and also the heat vinyl. You can buy just a foot of the heat vinyl if you only need a small amount.
Another one I like is imprintables.com, they have a lot of different types of heat vinyl - patterns etc. Also, they have many specials. I have been able to get several different colors and types for only about 21.00 for 5 yards, which in general compares at about $35.00 for 5 yards.
