That's a good question. I hope they post their response here. This whole situation makes my stomach turn. It was great while it lasted.

Just my thoughts, back up your your SetupSureCutsAlot.exe file to a flash drive CD or one of the backup services on the internet. write down your serial number, keep it in a safe place. This has been a concern over at mtc as well and this has been the advice there. Hopefully management will give instructions as to what to do. I want to keep my scal2 to use with the cricut, but I also have scal3 to use with my new Gazelle.

When I originally purchased SCAL I bought the disc. If something were to go wrong in the future or I change computers, I can just re-install using that disc right? Makes me very nervous!

In spite of this announcement, I want to thank you Todd for all the work and tireless support we have received from you. Don't know how large your business is but I know I will support you in a heartbeat.

Sad that this had to happen but that's what PC wanted..I can't wait to be able to get a newer machine and come back to SCAL with version 3.0!!

Glad that support will continue through the end of the year...
