Help saving SCAL files to a jpeg file?

Hi all! I'm VERY new to this, but enjoying it all the same! I've been working in SCAL for a week or two and I feel like I'm somewhat familiar with it. By no means am I sufficient at it! Anyways, I am DESPERATELY trying to figure out a way to take something that I've created in SCAL and convert it to a nice looking digital image that I can email or post online, preferably a jpeg.

I've tried the whole print screen thing and copied into paint, but it doesn't look nice. I'm open to ANY and ALL suggestions! Thank you SO much!!!!
