Having trouble updating from 4.044 to 4.074 please help !

I'm getting this message when trying to update: An error occurred while trying to delete existing file Delete file: code 5 access denied...click retry to try again ignore to skip the file (not recommended) or abort to cancel installation...I've clicked retry & it gives me the same message and I've tried to skip it with the same message also.So I had no choice to abort...Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? There are no other things open that I need to close so I'm lost as to why this is happening...Thanks for any help you can give :)

The first thing I would do is reboot Windows (if you haven't since trying before). Then download the latest version again. Then install. Also, make sure you've downloaded the version that matches your registration: Pro versus regular.

Im using the help tab "check for updates" so Im sure the update is for my particular version so Im guessing I will contact support now thanks
