HELP NEEDED!! Scal2 and cricut expression

I have sure cuts a lot two and cricket expression when I cut now the font or shapes are not getting completely cut the points are not meeting up I'm have to finalize making the points by hand on each individual letter before I can weed. I have removed and reinstalled I have hooked up another computer I have tried everything I know to try and nothing is fixed I have even tried another cricket and it still doing the same thing somebody please help me figureout what is wrong with this
