I've just started using SCAL4 and have noticed that my computer lags when I'm saving a file, moving objects, editing objects, mouse pointer gives me trails on my screen, etc.
What are the requirements of a computer so that the software works efficiently on a user's computer? When I tried to go to "path" --> "front minus back" it would take an extrordinarily long time to complete the task. This doesn't seem like this should be normal. I don't have these issues with other applications on my laptop. What could be causing these types of issues?
I have a Intel Celeron CPU 2.13 GHz 2129 MHz Dual Core 500 GB harddrive of which 394 GB is free. Running Windows 10 version 10.0.14393 64 bit with 4 GB of RAM. I'm also running AVG Internet Security 2016.
