Have sent 2 emails to support@craftEdge.com, and both have bounced back. I bought a copy of eCal, see below. However, when entering the serial number provided, it comes back and tells me Invalid Serial. When I try to do the activation manually at the site, it tells me that I've got an invalid serial number.

Not sure on what date you sent your email or why it bounced back. Click on PM in the forum where your post is. Send a private message to CraftEdge. Copy and paste the content of this message for them and submit.
