I purchased an extra program to keep "just in case". I was concerned that if something happened to my current program I would lose out on using it with my cricut and i can honestly say I wouldn't use my cricut without it.
I thought I read somewhere that there was a deadline on when that needs to be activated. I have several girls in my family that purchased them too.
Please explain this to me:
Also, Should I go ahead an activate on a flash drive since I already have one on my laptop.
Thank you!!
scal 2 never activated - have ???

I don't have an answer for you but CraftEdge will explain all your options if you email them at support@CraftEdge.com

There is no deadline to activate that I know of...the form is at this link from the CE homepage.
Everything any of us needs is available there.
The 'no more support' deadline means that there will be no further updates or fixes for version 2, so we can't complain anymore, but we can download the last version, install, and still activate on different computers in our names with the serial number through the provided forms.
