Craft Edge

I just got my ecraft machine and I dont like it....I have 2 circuts and love them.
I dont like the way you put paper/vinyl and it pulls paper all the way in before it cuts and moves around. Am I doing something wrong. I understand that you put paper in, move blade to where you want it to cut and then cut. It moves paper and cuts from top to bottom? make since? Is there someone out there that is willling to help me with this? I call ecraft today they want me to do a video and send to them.

I'm not sure I am understanding you. Are you cutting from ECAL? Of so just feed the paper in and do not adjust the blade yourself. Click on the cut icon and the software will guide the machine and paper for you. Be sure to have your machine set for the proper paper size.
