ISO ladybug belly box

my granddaughter is turning 2 and her party is ladybug themed. I am searching for treat bags or boxes. also, any ideas are welcome. thanks!!
Myscrapchick use to have a belly box trio, but it doesn't show up on her site anymore. Maybe you can email her and ask if she still has the file she can sell to you. Right now this file is for sale on her site. Maybe you can paste the front and back to a box or small bag:
