An interesting project...the stripes gave me a challenge. I think it works as I have imported from Inscape to ecal2, there are 3 layers. Let me know if you have problems.
I didn't know what you wanted to do with it p2c, print, or cut. or stencil. I did not make the white stripes but I could add them if you need them.
