TX, GA, & CA State Outlines

If anyone needs any other state outlines, let me know I will do them! Have all the time in the world :) and I love playing with my SCAL/Inkscape

i am a teacher and one of my coworkers is looking for all 50 states. I have inkscape, just don't know how to take a jpg and make it a svg.

Whimpisue;
There are dings called geobats and are free and you can download them and put them in your fonts folder. Not for sure how many states and countries there are. I know California and US and etc but didn't get into which. You might try that.
And as for making it an svg file just choose your font/ding make it your default font and put it in inkscape and choose Path, object to path and make sure it is selected and name it and save it where you want it. Hope this helps

Just a little word to the users of inkscape that haven't quite mastered importing, when you save an image, save it at bitmap form from the get go and it will make your life a lot easier :)
