Plastic name tags

I want to asking you guys:I saw the posting for bag Name Tag...anybody know a good site to get tags for clothing? My father is going to a tennis camp this summer season and I will need to label his clothes as he will be changing several times in a day. I hate to use a marker for as a tag, as it usually is not big enough to get the full name in!!
