Change in SCAL format?

Post by hope9811 »

Hi. I have a question. I purchased SCAL 1 and then upgraded to SCAL 2. I have to admit that when MTC came out, I jumped over to that side because I hated all the little screens all over the place. I haven't done anything with my SCAL for a couple of years but still have SCAL 2 installed on my computer. I heard somewhere that SCAL has since upgraded all the little boxes into one online screen. Is this true that the interface has been improved? Just wondering if I should get out my SCAL again and play around. I really enjoyed it's capabilities several years ago, but moving all the little boxes all over drove me insane so I was just wondering.... any long time users like me out there that can answer this question? Also, is there a cost to upgrade to the SCAL 3?

Thanks!

Hello, I'd suggest that you download the trial vs of SCAL3 and give it a look. It has so many more features ;than SCAL2, but interface is in the eye of the user.

SCAL3 does not work on the ProvoCraft cutters at all, so this may not work for you.

Here is a link to the download page.

If you have SCAL2 then SCAL3 is a free upgrade for you.

Here is the download page for SCAL3...

It will not write over you SCAL2 copy.
