Easter Bunny Box

Post by jrichards »

Pazzles has an adorable bunny box here; http://www.pazzles.net/wordpress/2016/0 ... -bunny-box. I'm wondering if anyone has seen one anywhere else or if we can convert Pazzles files to svg.

Jan, That would be super easy to make. It looks like it is just the chocolate bunny shape with strips for sides. Probably some kind of tabs on the strips to attach to the bunny.

You are probably right Heather but I am just not good at visualizing the size of the strips and the difference in the top and bottom. I also really like the overlay they did. I think I could handle that.

SCAL can import .WPC files which is the file format used by Pazzles. You may not need it converted if that's what was used for this particular file.

I would be the same way. :) It's a basic bunny design, as was already stated. I know someone who is a pro at making box files. I'll see if she has time to grab a near-identical, but different bunny image off the internet and make a box out of it. Do you have particular dimensions in mind?

I found this one online. It's only $1.99 for personal use. You could use textured paper to make the front more decorative if you wanted.

Thanks, I did see that one but it is more of a treat box and not a complete box. The dimensions don't matter because I can enlarge it in SCAL. If that someone you mentioned wanted to do that I would appreciate it.

That is an adorable bunny box and it could be recreated but it would take some time and of course copying is a no no. I did make you some tabbed strips that could be used with any shape to make a box. Use the smaller tabs for more intricate shapes. Best of luck to you finding what you are looking for.

Thanks so much for the strips. Is there a way to measure the circumference of an object in SCAL? I'm not sure how to figure out how much of the strips I will need. I guess I could cut out the bunny and measure that but it seems like there should be a better way.
