Good Afternoon, I Have a SB 24 inches and SCAL 4 pro but when I make a cut my silver bullet cut 2 lines on the design CAN YOU HELP ME?

If the lines are like slashes across designs it indicates that your scal has not been activated. Is it a new version?, if so then you should have gotten an email from craftedge with a serial code. see http://craftedge.com/support/support.html

If the 2 lines are horizontal lines, then most likely you forgot to lower the pinch wheel levers so that the mat is gripped.
