It looks like Robbyynn hasn't been online here since 2009, so I don't know if she will respond. You might send here a PM. She should get a notice in her email letting her know she has a PM here on the board. This looks like a pretty generic file, so I'm pretty sure it isn't copyrighted, but it's always nice to get the creators permission to use a file.
