Craft Edge

I'm using Stahl 15" easy weed and no matter where I position it on the cutter, when the cut is just about finished, and when the blade gets to the right side, and the vinyl starts to go backwards, it starts to bunch up. I'm at pressure: 10, speed 25. Any ideas what's happening

The first thing I would check are the pinch wheels and the grits shafts beneath. Make sure they are clean and not sticky at all.

If this is ONLY happening with Easy Weed and not other HTV or regular vinyl, then I would contact Stahl's directly for assistance since it's their product.
