I am trying to make a rhinestone template in scal 4 for my cricut, I have a line drawing of a dog, each time I try I am getting double lines of crystals around every line in my design instead of a single line, can anyone help please ?

Select your design and, on the Fill and Stroke Panel, set Stroke to None. That should fix the issue you're seeing.
