How do you do this feature and what is it called

Below is a picture of the effect I'm wanting to do but I don't know what it's called or how you do it thanks on sure cuts a lot 3
Hi, not sure which feature you are referring to:
the green cutout is done with "knockout", the text is: bulge". Both are found under the effects menu. If you search this forum you will find how to information and some tutorials.
If this doesn't give you enough come on back and I'll point you directly.
