Hello again,
We're trying to cut through some heavy cardstock with our Black Cat Cougar, and even though "multi cut" is OFF, the cutter insists on cutting twice. The edges are fraying. Does anyone know why this is happening?
Or have tips for settings for heavy stock?
Best,

in some software it's because you have fill AND stroke on, but in scal that is not the case.
if multicut is off then it sounds like you have two (or more) objects on top of each other.

Hi Soraya, long time no speak...er....type? LOL
just thought, did not say how to check for more then one object, sorry,
look at the layers menu and see if you have more layers than you should - if you have just two shapes, then you should have two layers.
or click one shape, and drag it away, see if it all moves or only one does if one moves but leaves a copy behind, you can delete one. go again until you only have one left. you make need to ungroup if grouped anything.
