HELP How to size dingbat?

Post by NancyE »

Would someone tell me if it is possible to resize a dingbat in SCAL?
I cannot seem to figure it out. I have tried highlighted and dragging the arrows to no avail.

Thanks,
Nancy

Use the drag handle - it has a cross with an arrow on each line - only 2 arrows, not the 4 arrows. Pictures are below.

Thanks!
That won't work for me yesterday. For some reason the dingbats were solid black and wouldn't resize. Must have been a computer glitch.

I really appreciate the time you took to answer. ;)

Strange they didn't work yesterday. Try them again now and see if they work. You can also resize them by entering the width and height measurements manually in the Properties box. You could try that. HTH

Sometimes if you rotate the image, it's makes things difficult on resizing--the rotate tools rotate as well rather than staying where you can drag the image. You might try resizing before rotating when possible, or starting over with a fresh image...seems to work for me when things get to that point.
