Where can I download Inkscape from

Where is a safe place to download Inkscape. I started to last night and it wanted to download AVG and make it my homepage, so I cancelled it. Any help is greatly appreciated as I am new to this. I have SCAL3 and an eCraft. I have had both for awhile, but I'm an over the road truck driver and have not had a chance to use it alot. Thanks.
