Multiple Fonts and Pictures

I wanted to make a sign the contains multiple types of fonts and pictures, does anyone know of a software that can help do this, or even what this type of print-out is called?

Most people call this Subway art. Here is a link to a Youtube video showing you how to use the Tagul website.

I have 3 on my Blog done in Tagul with help from Inkscape to add images. I've added some extra help too. The Tagul forum provides some extra guidance.
