Sure Cuts A Lot Pro

What is the difference with Sure Cuts a Lot 3 Pro and Sure Cuts a Lot 3....I read the changes and they're the same. So does one cost more than the other or what? Makes it confusing for me to upgrade my software now when they have 2 types and no idea what it's all about. And will the plug-in work with my Abode Photoshop Elements 7 or is it just for Illustrator? Will download the Inkscape plug-in ....
Sure would be nice if craftedge would notify Sure Cuts A Lot users of new upgrades instead of us going to their website to check this out. Thank you.
