Will someone turn this into an svg, PLEASE?!?!

Would someone be so kind to help this girl out! I seriously don't quite understand the whole tracing thing in inkscape yet, so I would love it if this can be turned into an svg for me!

Here you go it didn't do real well because the picture was so small,But it's not real bad

Thank you soo much! I cut it out of vinyl and it looks great. I am using it on some ornaments I'm making. :)
