new ecraft help please?

Post by sheena »

I've just got my shiny new ecraft in the UK and installed scal3 on my macbook. The problem is, i've tried all ways i know to make the screen mat and orientation match the cut outs.
Every time i cut on either 12x12m or a4 the cuts always end up off the page. For example, I can clearly see an a4 (almost letter size) mat on screen with my 4 objects nicely positioned in each quarter of the mat, but what comes out is only 2 with 2 part cut shapes because the paper orientation of the ecraft isn't matching.
I've tried the proper feeder with spacer from the back, front feed etc. changed the orientation on screen, and still have the problem!
Your help would be greatly appreciated:-)

Thanks

I don't have an ecraft or scal3, but I googled a search on paper orientation and I thought maybe this link might help. If not, I'm sure someone will come along and give you more help later.
