I am not seeing the photos of your font nor the links for the files. I hope they have not been removed, I would love to see them. Sounds like quite an accomplishment!
Thanks,
Jeanette

For scrapbookernana and anyone who missed this post. Should anyone come across anything I had previously posted that they would really like to see...I can reattach to the original post.

gji - thank you for the font. Looks so classy on the card. I did try the link for the tutorial and it does not seem to work for me. Would you mind checking it for me when you have a minute?

Thanks for pointing that out...I removed the link as I believe I heard that that blog has been closed.
Questions could be asked at

Carol did have a written tutorial for this...perhaps she could send it to you.

I could in no way do a teaching on this...I had to follow her directions step by step, and not sure I could do it again.

My notes are as follows though.

1. shape or letter on virtual mat
2. obj to path
3. copy(no paste)
4. make small circle
5. R-click and duplicate
6. select both circles(they will be on top of each other and that is okay,...click off and then using the arrow put a box around them a second time... + path and combine...they will look as an outline now).
7. path, and then path effect editor
drop down
click on 'Interpolate Subpaths' ADD
8. click on clipboard there + increase # of circles by 'steps'
9. keep selected and obj to path
10. align center(don't worry..they stay pretty well centered)
11. break apart
12. delete 1st circle(try to remember where that outline circle was...solid now...but click on it and delete it)
13. (select all)obj to ungroup
14. path to union
15. finish...path...obj...path...obj...group

Then, at the very end do a paste and your original without scallops should appear for a layer.

Not sure if this will make any sense(I would only hope it would come back to me if I tried again)...there must be other tutorials out there somewhere...if anyone knows please post.
