If you can post an artwork using the font, that would be awesome.
I would have to say my all time Favorit Font is Inspiration. I cut mostly vinyl and it cuts really well.

I really liked the Inspiration font you posted and looked for it but I'm bummed to find it is not free. Oh well, I like Amperzand. It's a little fancy but not too much.

Toaster, you don't have a PM option! Anyway, check out this topic.

Re: Your Favorite Font and Why!
I have lots of favorite fonts depending on what I'm doing with it. Graphic fonts for designs, script fonts for cutting, script fonts for gel pens and doodle bats, fonts for vinyl cuts.
I have hundreds and clean them out as I find that a lot of regular fonts look enough alike that I don't need 30 block styles for example
Doubt this helps but in my opinion there is a need for a variety.

Re: Your Favorite Font and Why!
I don't think I've used any one font more than three or four times. I try to match the font to the mood/theme of the page or project, so I use many different ones. My mom tends to use Monotype Corsiva, but then she hasn't installed any new fonts.
Here are some of my faves:
PT Banana Split (nice chunky font)
Aquarelle (decorative script)
Fabulous 50s
Harrington
Bickham Script Pro (in AI or PS since it has some nice extra glyphs that Ink/SCAL can't use)

I definitely have too many fonts. Sometimes I like searching through them and sometimes I hate it. But I like to match the font to the project too and of course it has to be thick enough etc. to cut because sometimes I cut smaller for cards.

Re: Your Favorite Font and Why!
I think my favorite changes. Inspiration is a standard favorite. Liking Font Diner Sparkly right now for some things. Mr. Giggles for others. My problem is I like script and decorative fonts. And need to be looking for block fonts that curve well. Always find curvy fonts when I'm looking and get distracted.

My favorite font is 2 Peas Mr. Giggles.....I have no idea why except that it' fun and whimsical and looks great on my scrapbook pages! It's my most used font although I try to use a different font for different pages.....just depends on what I'm doing. I really like your inspiration font and will have to find a vinyl use for it! Thanks for sharing!
