Do you have specific phrases in mind that you would like made into cutting files. I can not find what you are referencing, except as a digi program for scraping.

Check the dingbat fonts here. They have words in place of letters and many are PL-ish

Another great idea if you have an iPad. Use a drawing app like neu.draw (or any that exports SVG), draw your words (it smooths them out and makes them look great) then export as SVG and bring them into scal/ecal to cut. If you just want to print there are plenty of other apps that will export jpegs.
