ktk...maybe go back to google where you found it and then click on the picture and it should take you to the webpage that posted it to google. Type/contact them and ask if you can use it for personal one time use and post it for help to make it a cutting file out of vinyl and that you would mention the name of the person and site it comes from here. I will bet that they will have no problem with that.
But you have to ask them, because someone maybe would like to have some payment for people to use it...someone made it and it is their choice. I use to think everything on google images was free to use too, but not everything is.
