Cricut Create cutting problem

Hi all
i am not sure if i am in the right place but i wondered if anyone can help me , when i cut a retangle say 4 by 8 for some reason it cuts on a skew and when i looked the mat seems to be slipping to the right slightly thus causing my cutouts to be on the skew , has anyone else had this problem if so any way i can stop it or any advice would be appreciated.

I had a cutting problem with de cricut, after resetting the cricut (ist in the manual i think, or you can google it) it worked perfect!
