I have received my 'dreams come true' cart in the mail and have tried to cut out a beele for my dd, but when i go to use the shift funtion for the layer (the hair) it keeps cutting out the flesh. Any suggestions. I have contacted the place where i got it from and have tried to get on the cricut messageboard, but are unable to post anything.

Maybe try some of the other function keys on the very left hand side of the keypad. It helps to have DS up and view what you have selected on the matt on your computer screen. HTH
