Paperstacks 3.99 - UPDATED 2/6/11

Post by scrpbooklady »

Just thought I'd share info on a deal at Michael's. Between my daughter in IN and myself here in AL, we've bought about 10 paperstacks (multiples of 4 designs) for 3.99 each over the last couple of days. They are older stacks but still good value - SEI Dill Blossom, SEI Poppy, AC Metropolitan and GCD Spring All Over. You might want to check your local store and see if they have anything you might want!

I just wanted to pass on that I have found paper packs at TJMax the last several times I went in there. They were the glitter stacks and metallic stacks and were $3.99. I didn't think they carried that kind of stuff. Since the first time I found them, I have started to watch for them and like everything there, it comes and goes, but anytime we can get a good buy on paper I am all for it. Thanks for all the tips on great buys everyone.

TJ Maxx. I never would have guessed that. I have never seen any crafting supplies at our store in Saginaw.

Re: Paperstacks 3.99 - updated info

bumping this back to the top - just as an FYI - my daughter called the 2nd Michaels in her town and was told they didn't have any of these stacks - the same day I posted this.

THis morning she decided to stop in because she was out in that area of town - she bought 27 stacks!

It's worth going to check - and if they aren't marked, they will still ring up at the sale price because pricing is entered at corporate level. I have a list of all the ones we've bought on clearance on my blog if you want to go in with that information.

Really hope someone else manages to catch some of these deals!

I was just in Saginaw earlier today. My friend Judy and I went to JoAnns and the place was packed. We were there over an hour and every time I looked at the check out lines there were always 10 people or more in line.

My Michael's had a few left. I didn't care for some of them but I did pick up sei Dill Blossom & sei Poppy for $3.99 each and they were the last ones of those designs. Great deal!

I buy the big 12x12 books of cardstock at Zellers for 10 bucks.. The same books that Michaels sells for 29.99 and same patterns.. How sad is that. .and they are just up the road from one another.. The same with our Winners store.. Same price as zellers..

JoAnns has all their stacks on sale right now. I also got to see an Imagine today. I wasn't sure what to make of the machine. One thing they didn't have in stock was the Gypsy.
