ihope someone can help me with my problem.i have just bought a new printer ,but cannot get my ecal to work with it.it just says not responding.it will work with the cartridges.i have windows 7.

For install errors on Windows: Make sure the old one is not currently open and running when installing the update. You can also try to uninstall the old one first. i tried to install the update,but it failed.got the message"an error occured while trying to replace the existing file;deletefile failed,code 5 access denied.click retry to try again,ignore to skip this file(not recommended)'or abort to cancel installation" what should i do next?

i have just bought an svg file but all the lines are set to cut,how can i change them to score lines?thanks in anticipation
