Re: Newbie
Provo Craft (parent company of Cricut) legally forbids 3rd party software programs, such as Sure Cuts A Lot, from cutting directly to their machines. In fact, about 8 years ago, Provo Craft sued three of these companies and the software programs had to be updated to no longer cut to the Cricut model...

Re: Cutter Help
As I recall, that's a setting on the Control Panel on the Graphtec 6000. You'll need to read through the user manual for that cutter to find out what to adjust. Or you may be able to just google that question and I'm sure there are other forums or Graphtec support groups where it's been asked before.

Re: Slight Cut Rotation Problem
The pinch wheels need to be centered over the grit shafts below. So pull out your mat and make sure that at least the outer two that would be near the outer edges of the cutting mat are ALSO over those grit shafts beneath. If that's not the issue then report back your cut settings and details about ...

Re: Exporting SVG from Affinity Designer Wont Import into SC
Okay, I played with it and it's working for me. Regarding the export window: First, let's say this is just a basic shape... no text: File>Export, click on SVG Preset (SVG for Export) Raster DPI: leave blank, select nothing Leave the rest at default Click on Export Name your file. Now, let's say you ...

Re: Exporting SVG from Affinity Designer Wont Import into SC
I can certainly help you figure this out. I've successfully exported from Designer and then imported into SCAL4P. I cannot recall if it was SVG, however. I don't think so because I was testing the ability to "die cut" a raster image with a vector shape in Designer and then bring it into SC...

Re: "Failed to load svg" error in Scal2
It's hard to say what the issue might be. Randomly this will come up with not only SCAL but other cutter programs trying to import SVG files. And I've had SVG files rejected in another cutter program that SCAL had no problems importing! Go figure. The best bet is to see if the customer can export it...

Re: Multicut print and cut?
In your screenshots, it doesn't show that you provided a new name for your Preset after clicking on + Preset. Can you redo those screenshots showing that after give your multicut Preset a new name and then pulling it up again from the menu, the preset still shows 1 pass? Unfortunately, I don't own a...
