The only files that would be synchronized would be files you purchase through the e-shape store in the software. All other files are your own personal files that would need to be copied over just like any other normal document file.

SVG files are not designed to be multiple pages, so each page would need to be exported as a separate SVG if you want SVG files.

Do you maybe use multiple monitors or change the screen resolution at times?
The program will remember where the Preview window was last placed, so sometimes users who use additional monitors or change resolutions may have had the Preview window in a location that is now off screen somewhere.

The registration marks are automatically generated around the cut outlines. Make sure you design has vector outline data to cut and not just an imported raster image (bmp,jpg,gif,png).
