Todd when you download the software that comes with the software I suggest you upgrade to the paid version.. It's sooooo worth it and does a lot more..

It's not only you. .I've encountered this with the SCAL3 as well. When I use my Silhouette designer software which I upgraded it works fine.. Of course I use both softwares..lol

for myself if I find an image is wayyy too light I always take it into my photo program and adjust the brightness of the image.. I set it to a darker level and it turns out perfect every time..

The Future floor polish is the best.. I tried others that were suggested but this one is the best..
