To put svg's in your library, there is a "CraftEdge" folder that is placed in your "documents" folder on installation to your computer. Within that folder there is a "My Designs" folder. You can place your svg's in that folder and when opening eCAL2, you will find those...

To activate the the software initially and take it out of the trial mode, there would have to be a serial number issued by CraftEdge that is tied to your email address. Happened to me too. Do the re-activation request in CraftEdge support and they will reset for you.

The machine can't....practically any software can. Not sure of your issue, however it looks like you are getting ragged cuts? You can use the trace feature in SCAL to create this svg. It traces easily. Since it is a TM image, it probably shouldn't be shared here as an svg.

Perhaps you need to go to the machine manufacturer's direct. I personally don't have this machine and most of the responses you will get here are from those that use SCAL and know the features of the software, but they are not generally machine specific responses.
