I just saw your post, and coincidentally I just watched Leo's video on print-2-cut on the SVGcuts.com website. Have you watched it? He has done a very good job of explaining it.

I won't pretend to know anything about anything, but one thing that was suggested to me when I had problems was to try another port on my CPU. I don't have a clue, but it can't hurt, can it?

I'm sure that you are all familiar with Monica Bjork's work. I wanted to cut some of her files, and my new eclips (Luna is her name, BTW ) allows me to do that. I'm so excited with what Luna can do. I'm having lots of fun!
