That is a very detailed image to cut. Make sure you use the highest blade setting and the lightest pressure that will still cut the vinyl, but not lift of clump your vinyl.

There are settings for opening SVG files. I think it depends on what program created the SVG. If you have your computer set for Illustrator SVG and the SVG was created in a different program, that might cause a size adjustment.

I'm pretty sure they aren't SVG files, but sil files.

Click the word Chevron and it will take you to a topic with two or three different SVG files.

I'm not sure what that message means.

Are you trying to open the file and the program at the same time by clicking the file itself or do you have the Program open and opening it from there?

If you have been working on this, can you open this file from the Recent Projects Tab?

Try offsetting the path.

Salt life isn't a font. The file that was made is a traced image of the picture "Salt Life".

This looks handwritten to me. If you look at the "l's" they don't look exactly the same.

Just save your file as an SVG and open it that way.
