I bought the full version and cut one design with no problem. Now when I try to cut, the software/bug seems to be locking up at the connecting screen that pops up. Nothing happens and I have to shut everything down using the wiindows task manager. Any thoughts or insights? Thanks for the help! Lora

HELP!!! I downloaded the trial version of SCAL and then the trial version of CDS. I installed the SCAL and then the CDS, did the firmware update and then when I tried to cut with SCAL, I am getting the lines through everything. I had read about the X but I am actually getting lines - I don't want to...
