Re: Improved registration marks for Cameo/SCAL4
Susan, When I open your file in eCAL and SCAL4 (demo version) I get the standard registration marks around everything, including your text, not just around the snowman.

Re: Improved registration marks for Cameo/SCAL4
Hi Todd and Susan. Thanks for the link Susan, but it wouldn't work for me with Inkscape and either eCAL (original, not 2) or SCAL4. Not sure if it would force the registration marks closer to my digis or if it would use the default settings anyway. I don't have AI on this computer to see if that mak...

Improved registration marks for Cameo/SCAL4
I would like to have registration marks that don't waste more paper than Silhouette Studio uses (less waste would be even better, but the same would work). Would also like to have the option to have them visible on the virtual mat when I'm working on a file like SS does to make it easier to position...

Re: no way to edit registration mark settings?!??!
So I downloaded SCAL4, and I don't see anywhere to adjust the registration marks, and they take considerably more room than the current Design Studio uses. We need to either be able to adjust them, or they need to be made closer like DS. I like that they adjust automatically with the cut lines, but ...

Re: no way to edit registration mark settings?!??!
Can the Cameo registration marks be adjusted in SCAL4? I can't even fit two digis and the registration marks on a half sheet with SCAL3 (compared to the 3 of comparable size in eCAL). I played with Design Studio yesterday and I do not like it! I was able to print 2 in DS, but only one digi per half ...

Re: svg import problem
Are you using both a stroke and a fill? A quirk of AI is that it creates separate Paths for Stroke and Fill when saving as svg. Try using one or the other. HTH

Re: How to update OLD firmware?
I'm not sure if any old versions of Design Studio are still available, so you might be out of luck. You can try contacting Craft Edge (I would give them your Serial Number too, so that they know that you have a valid copy of SCAL). Though I'm not sure if there is anything that they can do to help si...

Re: Decal cutting larger than dimensions on screen
The dimensions that show in SCAL4Pro are what they should be, but the cut is larger? If that's the case then I would contact Craft Edge for their input.

No, not a cartridge. Through the USB port on the back of the machine. More than one person on here has had their USB port in their Cricut go bad.
