Are you using both a stroke and a fill? A quirk of AI is that it creates separate Paths for Stroke and Fill when saving as svg. Try using one or the other. HTH

You can try contacting Craft Edge (I would give them your Serial Number too, so that they know that you have a valid copy of SCAL). The dimensions that show in SCAL4Pro are what they should be, but the cut is larger? If that's the case then I would contact Craft Edge for their input.
