Where did you buy your CD? There a lot of Pirated Versions on E-bay.

Unfortunately, SCAL no longer works with Cricut machines. There was a lawsuit a few years ago and Craft Edge could no longer sell SCAL to be used with Cricut Cutters.

I'm sure you tried this, but make sure your cameo is off before you plug it into your computer and then turn on the Cameo. Sadly, version 2 is no longer available for the Cricut. There was a lawsuit and now SCAL can't be used with a Cricut.

I doubt you will be able to get the Mac Version of the software since it isn't available anymore after the lawsuit. The Mac version and the PC version are two different versions, so changing the serial number won't work.

I use my White Oracal 651 for both sandblasting and Armor etch..

Jan is correct about a sand blaster in a cabinet doing a better job. We have one here at work that works great on glass. I just blasted two glasses today for one of my co-workers. If you are using the Amor Etch, make sure you glob it on thick enough so that you can't see through it or see any glass....

Unfortunately SCAL does not work with Cricut machines for about 3 years now. There was a lawsuit and Craft Edge had to quit making the program compatible with Cricut machines. Don't buy any version off of EBAY, because it will be a pirated version and won't work.
