I don't think there are too many here that work in adobe, most of us are working in Inkscape.

I have heard that when it is downloading a newer version than what it says, It is beta testing the results of the upgrade and if all goes well they change the numbers on the download.

IMHO I think they forget to change it sometimes...LOL
