No problem! I enjoy troubleshooting these things.

In my effort to try to find a shortcut combo to reverse this beeping, I did discover that if I pan by holding all three: Ctrl and Alt and spacebar, then I can pan without the beeping. See if you find the same to be true. Meanwhile, I'll keep googling and I'll let the developer know what started this...

Regarding the beeping when panning, I have some good news and I have some bad news: The good news: I googled the issue and found that back in 2010, this was a big problem for users of Illustrator: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/632247?start=80&tstart=0 So, it had to do with the Alt key somehow ...

There is no cut order control available. It is on users' wish lists, however, so maybe someday. One thing you can do, is to Break Apart the image. Then go back and apply Merge on select groups of the shapes and each group should cut before the head moves to the next group. The only other option is t...

There is an auto layout in the Pro version of SCAL, which you have. In the Cut Settings windows, click on the Extras tab. The details are covered in Section 10.06.4 of my SCAL UM's. It won't auto-resize the shapes themselves, but it will fill the size of your material with as many shapes as possible...

Are you using Sure Cuts A Lot software? If so, can you open your project and then post a full screenshot of the Cut Settings window?
